1. Know your fitness goal
Once we know what goal we are going to pursue, we can then plan our nutritional intake but also the timing of our intake with more care. This is important because, depending on our training goal, we may need the use of more protein, carbs, or fat in our diets! Even if it is a broad training goal ie. “get in better shape” or “enjoy my workouts more”, it’s important to nail that down! Here’s why:
